Zuheily Santiago is the Founder and CEO of Kindly Hearts Home Care. A proud Puerto Rican established in Florida since 2014, Zuheily has always been deeply passionate about serving her community. From a young age, she actively participated in charitable initiatives in Puerto Rico, supporting individuals and families in need.
Her commitment to service continued in Orlando, where she volunteered at the Lake Nona VA Medical Center, strengthening her dedication to supporting others with compassion and dignity. Zuheily holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and built a successful career as a news reporter before transitioning into the healthcare field in 2022.
Through her experience, she developed a strong calling to create a home care agency rooted in kindness, professionalism, and genuine human connection. As a bilingual leader (English and Spanish), devoted wife and mother, and a woman of faith, Zuheily believes that well-being is built through supportive environments and compassionate care.
She is committed to leading and training her team to serve with empathy, excellence, and respect while continuing to expand Kindly Hearts Home Care to support more individuals and families in need.
